I have replaced the rubber roof on a 22 FT trailer several years ago. I would contact roofing companies for material, as it will be the same as what an RV dealer can get. Also look on line. If roof does not have any tares you might consider a liquid rubber which would be a lot easier. I know, as I have done that on a second trailer.
If there are leaks, you will have to replace damaged deck wood or any structure too. I have also done that.
