There is no "rubber roof", and there is no "kit". Roof membrane can be either EPDM or TPO.
You can either replace the membrane or recoat it with liquid stuff.
Dozens of places to buy a roll of EPDM. As to the liquid coat - Liquid Rubber is popular. They also have Liquid RV Roof - same stuff with few bucks mark-up for those two letters "RV". Usual trick, name it RV-something or Marine and charge a double :)
Don't know about Dicor liquid coating - it's just a brand after all. Likely same stuff.
