Will a 100 watt solar panel be enough

Fridge on propane uses about 17AH a day from 12v, so in an 8 hour drive, that would be about 6AH so 6/8 of 1 amp average draw, so the 100w panel is plenty just for that.

But your 7-pin will take care of that so no solar needed for that job.

Are you really talking about when camping and not when driving? 100w of solar is not much for any length of time off-grid. 300w flat on roof is more like it, or 200w portable that you can aim around tilted up at the sun during the day.

If your tow vehicle has a charge line and it's working it will charge the battery. Or you can add one. A 4 pin plug is for turn signal, lights, ground - no charging. One more wire is needed for charging.

This would be the best idea, 200 watts.

Just a two way fridge. Run it one propane if not hooked up to shore power. My understanding is that it still uses battery juice to run on propane.
