No one can say for sure, all you can do is spend the money and see if it helps.

It may help or it may not, all depends on the noise in the little bit of signal you have to work with.. Amplifiers amplify not only the wanted signal but any noise and interference around you plus adds the noise generated by the amp into the output..

Garbage in + amp = amplified garbage out.

We have the Connect2.0 with 4GLTE and it usually improves the campground wifi but not phone service. It can be a finicky device at times and the 4G from Winegard is expensive.
T-Mobile now has a Winegard compatible 4G plan ($50/month for 100 gigs) and I just got the sim card yesterday. We may not have to deal with campground wifi at all anymore. We'll see.

I've found we're getting much better cell signals using a directional MIMO antenna pair than we did with a cell booster/amplifier.

The Connect is not designed to help your cell phone service in any way. It is designed for Wi-Fi and cellular data plans. Improving campground Wi-Fi signals does not mean it will improve service. When campground Wi-Fi service is poor it will remain poor no matter how close you are to the router. If the campground happens to have good service but you are too far away from the router for a good connection, then the stronger signal can help.
