Wiper module or relay location F53 chasis

Hi friends. I have been chasing a wiper issue. They became non-functional after getting crossed while running. I turned them off, but they continued to work to complete their cycle, then I smelled that "electrical burn" odor in the coach before I found a safe spot to pull over and untangle them. The motor works fine, but there is no power to the fast or slow wires to the motor. The fuse in location #11 is fine. I assume there is either a relay or module sowmewhere in the coach, but for the life of me I can not find the location. Trying to trace the wires from the engine compartment is a nightmare. Does anyone know where the physical location of the relay or module is? 2008 Monaco Monarch, ford chasis.
