I agree with sam spade. I have cleaned throttle bodies and intakes with seafoam and had to scrub to get the varnish off. I used to put a can of sea foam in the gas tank of our vehicles at every oil change, but switched to the b12. It smoothed out the idle and slightly rough acceleration in our 3.8l chrysler. Plus it costs less than sea foam. I get it at walmart for around $3 to $4 a can. I still use the sea foam for stabilizer.
