x2. Seafoam is more a stabilizer, B12 is a cleaner. Definitely no harm to cylinders after Seafoam, though not much use either.
In the worst case scenario adding B12 to fuel won't help, and you'll need to take the carb off, soak it in B12, blast with air and put it back.
