Which is what it was designed for.
You can see what's in various mixtures by looking at the EPA Material Safety Data sheets (I think that's what they are called).
SeaFoam contains: alcohol, naptha (white gas) and petroleum distillates (kerosene). None of those things are particularly good at cleaning fuel deposits.
B12 and Gumout both contain actual solvents, about 5 different ones IIRC. They were DESIGNED to be cleaners and they work.
Y'all can believe what you want and do what you want but I have seen the difference at work over about 45 years of working on all kinds of gas engines.....big and small.
