TY for the info about your BIL fitting the 275/65/20's! Just not sure I want to mod the truck like that, but is a possibility.

Good point on going by the weight ratings. I have actually looks at the weight ratings, but have yet to find a tire I am considering that "covers" the axle rating if it is a D rated tire. They seem to max the D rating at about 3000lbs, and the rar is 6200lbs (from memory). So short by 200lbs.
