1991 Lance LC 680 electrical question

I have a 1991 Lance LC 680 10' 9" camper. Generator will not crank, also ceiling phosphorescent lamps inside not working. I have checked the fuse box and all fuses seem to be fine. I checked the two fuses for the generator and they seem to be fine. Checked the breaker on the generator. The generator is a Onan micro-light 2.5 LPG GEN set. I have attempted to start inside and opened the compartment to start outside with no results. Any suggestions would be gladly welcome.

Edit: responded and you posted fix.
Ours had simulaur issue. When gen was installed (by dealer), battery pre wire didnt reach. So they 'bolted' another piece of battery cable to end of pre wire cable. When I had starting problems I found this eye to eye bolt connection. Good greif. In looking for place to make a permanent connection I also found on the other side of panle where the originl pre wire poked thru an addtional 4' of cable coiled up. Instead of pulling the wire thru they added to it. Professionals...
  • The problem was the positive side cable had a splice that had become corroded problem fixed. Still no power to the phosphorescent lights.
  • First guess is battery isn't charged enough. Even if you are plugged in, it might not be enough power to start the ballast for the fluorescent or the generator. You can use jumper cables to the house battery or swap batteries if you have a separate one. I made 12 gauge jumper cables which work fine for starting my dead generator.
  • The phosphorescent lights do not work on shore power either. All other lights work fine in the camper. When the camper is plugged into shore power it automatically charges the battery. My question is I'm missing a location for a particular fuse somewhere in the camper?
  • Are your batteries charged? Do your lights work on shore power?
