Nada uses historical sales price figures so I would say they are pretty accurate. Having said that any item is worth what somebody is willing to pay.

I appreciate your input and yours sounds to be in great shape but this one is no way near worth that. This TC was neglected for a while and it showed. I know there hard to find in the south but if I want to take the drive up in northwest I know I can find a clean Northern lite or bigfoot that is around the NADA. I looked at a 1999 Bigfoot here in Dallas and the owner never took care of it and he wanted way over average NADA and had dry rot near basement storage and stain in ceiling carpet. The fridge was shot and the base of camper in rear the fiberglass on both sides were gouged and broken up with exposed wood. Owner never caulked roof vents either and he wanted over 10,000!! I told him he was delusional. I will not pay thousands over average NADA for 14 year old campers period. Do not care what brand it is. I has seen more dry rot and water damage in older TCs like Lance and sellers want thousands over average retail. Rvs and Truck campers do not appreciate in value. Only some owners think so...

Owner has not used TC in over 2 years Photomike. Needs a lot of TLC.

Give him a week or two and Email him with an offer around $5500, if he is not using it may decide your first offer is good.

Thanks for info Butch50. That is my first priority is looking on roof first. second owner has had it 8 years and kept it under covered storage. Then check inside all cabinets, ceiling, drawers, outside storage compartments for stains, water, dry rot etc...

By the pictures it appears to be a CD model. The CD stands for Center Dinette. This is the same layout as my 2012 is. Mine is a SE, Special Edition, I also had the same model in a 2004 but not the SE. The SE didn't come out till later than the 2004.

Almost everything on it is an option In those years they came without to much stuff. It probably had a propane only water heater, nothing wrong with that though. Also no awnings which it shows on it there are none. I don't know if this year uses a 3 way fridge or not. Both of mine had/have 3 way fridges.

NL are a pretty well built unit they are made in two halves like a fiberglass boat. They use 2 molds, an upper half and a lower half then are joined where you see the band going all the way around. The roof is fiberglass also. Even though it is glass roof you still need to check the seals around all the items that protrude through the roof, NL used plastic kote to seal around the vents and such. This stuff gets very solid then cracks and splits and needs to be replaced. I would check to see if that is still on the roof, if it is then it might have never seen any of the vents resealed unless the owner used the same product but most well use either a dicor sealer or Eternabond (this is what I use on mine).

I have a '92 NL and love it. Options will depend on what the person ordered but like has been stated condition is EVERYTHING. Check it out really close, look in all accesses that you can with a flashlight for signs of water, rot or stress.

Price seems good but then I am in Canada so not sure what they are going for around your area.
