Initial quality is miles ahead of where they were, and easily rivals even Acura. And they easily out-perform the new Acuras.

However, I'm still skeptical of long-term reliability. It seams that around the 5 or 6 year mark, the newer Caddy's are still plagued with nuisance electronics issues and failing fuel pumps.
