2011 duramax and up fuel pump problems

What is the extended warrantee that you have huntindog? I am curious. I have a 2011 with 35k. No problems with the fuel pump and all stock. I drive so few miles I don't know if any warrantee or fix is cost effective. I went to the link for fleece and they have a cp3 kit that works leaving the truck all stock. It is $2250.00 now but the gentleman there said it will be about 3000.00 almost any day as they are just done testing it out now. I just can't see spending with labor about 4k-5k to prevent the very small possibility of having to spend 10k down the road.

I then also think about trading in on a new gasser. The problem is with that is its about 20k with taxes and license! Plus I absolutely love this truck and the power and the payload! Whats a fella to do......
