Shouldn't be a problem mounting the bags, but you can see how they mount/where they mount in the directions for the kit you are buying. There are a couple of different mounting locations (at least for Fords), so I’d look at that as well.

The minimum pressure is 5 for most Firestone bags. I don’t think you’ll feel the difference at that low of pressure. I don’t.

If you keep the pressure at the level you use for the load, you’ll likely feel that it is a bit rougher ride empty.
