We had a Lance 865 for 3 years and it served us well. Never any problems with delam and never heard of any on the later models. We traded ours in for a AF 811 to gain larger holding tanks and water and the slide gives us more room for when we have to lounge inside. The 865 was ideal for us for shorter trips but got a little tight when we were gone longer then a week or two. No regrets though, it was a great camper!
