I called my dealer and got a price for the pucks. $225.00. He's emailing me the installation instructions so I can see how complicated it is.
Picture frame is pricey at $518.00.
$313 here for the picture frame adapter.
Thanks ib, I called uhaul back, becaues I was sure I was quoted wrong. $680 installed sounded too cheap, and I was right. $1100 for Curt E16 slider. They didn't have a non slider. My local shop has a non slider for around the same price installed.
The Ram puck system looks very easy to install btw...
I have read the same thing. - mowinExplorer

I also have a back rack on my truck that I may need to remove(two bolts) when towing the 5'er. Than again, a bent backrack would be better than a dented cab or busted window.
Cummins, I'll call my dealer and see what the puck system cost. Thanks for the tip. - blofgrenExplorerI think it depends highly on the design of the cap on your fifth wheel. I was backing my Citation into the back yard last summer and thought "what is that rubbing sound" and then stopped and looked out the back window and instantly noticed the cap of the trailer was right against the back window! Needless to say I pulled forward right away and was lucky there was no damage. I do have a slider hitch and have been moving it back into the maneuvering position since then when backing in at home and all has been fine. We are due to pick up our Corsair next week which has a much more aerodynamic cap so I'm hoping this issue will be a thing of the past. If it is I may sell my current hitch set up and go with the B&W RVK 3600.

I'll add that I do not have the factory FW prep. Didn't think id need it.:S
Not a problem the B&W GNRK 1314 at $439 is very easy to install then you can add the B&W B&W RVK3500 for $879.
Actually the puck system would cost less to add. The parts are available from Chrysler and from what I have heard they are not too hard to install. - Cummins12V98Explorer III
