I simply asked.. and you can see by my final words "there is a difference I assume" that I do not have the knowledge that others on this forum have in regards to the failures of the Ford Diesel... LOL, I'm not excited and am very relaxed.

Like I said, you asked and I told you what is going on. I have many tech friends, on line and in person that love to tell me about their jobs and what they deal with. When there is a common problem they tell me about them. This is the reason I know about the common problems from ALL manufactures, not just Ford.

You asked about the 6.7 and I was glad to give you that information. Most don't have a clue what problems engine have. They always have the "well mine works fine so it must be a great engine thinking."

If you would have asked about the 6.5 or the LBZ, 7.3 or LB7 I would have gladly given you that info also. Some have lots of serious problems, some don't.

Get it? If not; no big deal, you got what you paid for. :B

Ford , Chevy or Dodge they all work to perfect their engines.
Each generation of any product will will require enhancements. There is really no news hear.

I try to avoid traveling to California whenever possible. I suppose the meat patties are made from soy bean since it's probably the "Green" thing to do and minimizes their carbon footprint.

Doesn't sound like quality to me, but more like a wannabe which usually ends up in a distant third and eventually goes into bankruptcy! :W
