2015 Ford F150 Atlas

A local Ford Dealer told me the 2014 F150 would not be able to be ordered until December and would be a short production year. The 2015 Atlas should be able to be ordered in January of February as a 2015 and will not hit the dealer lots until probably May. Ford is suppose to increase the HP on the Ecoboast to 405HP from 365HP the dealer was not for sure what the Torque would be. Just FYI.
  • Great looking Truck for those that are not wanting to Tow a real heavy load. Great for most Travel Trailers.
  • I have a 2014 Ford F-150 order guide in front of me right now. I was told that it would be a short run for the 2014's, roughly about 6 months. Order now, start building in late Sept thru probably Feb/early March. Looks like it's gonna be pretty much a "lame duck" model year with no significant changes over the 2013's.
  • FYI...don't want to hijack the topic, but I recently talked to a Ford service advisor and a mechanic. I asked them point blank if they would recommend the Ecoboost to a friend/family member. Both said they would not recommend the 3.5 because they don't have all the problems with the CAC worked out yet, even with the 2013's
  • I tow with a 6.7 liter PSD. My dad has a 2012 F150 Ecoboost and has not had any trouble at all with it. The dealer has not had any trouble out of these Engines per a conversation with the dealer.
  • Hey Ford Man

with the 7 lug wheels and told me the towing package has LT tires
