Could be a 12 volt circuit breaker.

Look for one of these.

12 volt breaker, normally in line on positive battery lead, under the trailer, mounted on the frame near a junction box where 12 volt power enters the trailer. Some of them will reset when you disconnect and re-connect to shore power. Some of them have a reset button. Test for 12 volt power between the two posts. If it won't reset, it needs to be replaced. While doing replacement, disconnect both, shore power, and battery power.

They are available at RV dealers and most auto parts stores. Cheaper at auto parts store.

What is the model of converter? Some have dual output, one circuit to the battery (13.2 V indicates it is operating) and one output circuit to the 12V system. It sounds like the latter is not operating in your case or there is a bad connection. You should also have power from the battery to the 12V system so it sounds like you have two problems or one bad connection point. Have you pulled the distribution panel of the 12V system to inspect for a loose or burned connection?

didn't find the problem but I did find the cure. I ran a new wire from the 12v 30a fuse by the battery to the 12v side of the panel, and Voila lights and control power. My guess is that the 6ga wire that runs from the battery either got cut or more likely had a screw run through it. because we all no how careful the manufacturers are. Its either that or there is another fuse or cut off switch that I cant find. Either way I now know exactly how the wire runs and what's in line. Thanks for all the ideas guys, now to fix the inverter that blew up.

Often they are near the door. The ones I have had have been momentary on switches. Press the top and the battery is connected, press the bottom and the battery is disconnected.

The switch operates a latching solenoid, usually mounted near the converter.

I should rephrase that I do not have any 12v to the panel. That side of the panel is dead. All of the 12v fuses appear to be intact. It seems like there is a blown fuse or a circuit breaker between the panel and the battery that is creating the issue. There is not any 12v control power to any of the appliances inside.

Usually it's near or inline with the positive + cable. It could be a knife switch or a switch that turns usually red in color.

Any idea where that switch might be. It's a possibility

The main is a 30a breaker. It's single phase 30a and the breaker did not trip. My biggest fear is I melted a wire up underneath the pan.it has the Arctic package so the wheel bottom is covered. I'm hoping that there is another breaker or fuse I haven't seen...yet.

Do you have a battery cutoff switch that may be turned off.
