2016 Nissan Titan XD Cummins Payload
Saw my first one in the flesh today. Really had high hopes for this truck. My enthusiasm waned when I saw the payload sticker :( MSRP was $58k.

Common internet myth..."If your found overloaded when you cause a wreck you are going to get sued." As opposed to causing a wreck with in ratings...totally protects you from being sued.NOT

Hopefully I fixed your quote.......
If something is your fault, you can get sued. if something is NOT your fault, you can get sued none the less of plaintiff feels you area at fault........
My insurance pays to limit if DUI. that is illegal, same with overloaded per manufacture, but under paid for license wt etc.
