Understand. But the issue being if a NISSAN COMMANDS a comparable PRICE POINT. Nissan certainly hasn't been thought of as the "Standard" when it comes to towing in this class. As a matter of fact-it has to justify this price in it's own class. Get a diesel motor-and a low payload. As a matter of fact-the payload in my Silverado is 1444 pounds. What do I get with the Nissan?-Oh yeah another 40ish pounds of payload and a diesel motor.
Big difference on these prices is in reality Nissan will not discount like Ram. My 3d was 12k from list. GM and Ford didn't even come close. After this thread very happy I went the little Italian oil burner.
