Taking to heart the majority opinion that it is better to go one ton if possible, I expanded my Trucktrader search to 200 miles which includes Seattle and Portland, OR; pretty much the whole pacific northwest. I am searching for a '08 to '13 Chev or GMC one ton, diesel, 4X4, quad cab shortbed (with a budget of $40K)............. Zero to be found. I then went to 'build your truck' on the Chevy website just to make sure it does exist; and it does.
So unless I am willing to pay $50k for a new one, I find it doubtful that I will find a one ton for the Lance 855.
