But being from Portland, you down there and us up in Seattle, I swear have the greatest concentration of horrible, slow left lane, over courteous stop sign driving, flip your car into the toolies on a straight road, can't drive in the rain drivers anywhere!
Seriously, I've lived in Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, Albq and spent considerable time in several other cities and the PNW breeds the worst drivers!
