Anybody towing with a 6.2L Silverado? How does that monstrous 420HP do pulling a TT up a mountain?

A lot depends on the trailer. I tow a 6000ish lb travel trailer with a 5.7 Hemi. It only has 395 horses. I rarely ever use all of 'em and that's only when getting up to speed in a hurry. I would have no problem towing 8000 lbs, power wise.
