22mpg is hard to believe but going slowing down to 60 does help a lot. I have had a lot of people tell me that they get better mileage at 75 but none of my vehicles ever has. Also, I have wondered what type of fuel the computer is calibrated for. My understanding is that the computer can't actually measure the fuel but calculates fuel usage based on how much air goes past the mass airflow sensor and the desired mixture. I would be that they are programmed with the conversion for pure gasoline and not ethanol. Being easy on the brakes can make a big difference too.
