How long could you do that?, doesn't sound like a stress less tow
I had a V10 in a SB CC 4x4, awesome engine. I didn't have a 5th but I had a self contained camper plus towing a wrangler. It had 4.30 gearing. I cant ever remember getting down into second. I could hold 4th in most situations, actually accelarating. I think once maybe over the grapevine I kicked down into 3rd when someone slow pulled out in front of me
I am a big proponent of gas (I have owned three diesels, Ford/Ram/Chevy) but I may be moving to get a 5th when I retire and pulling in second doesn't sound like what I would want to do
