With the slight hp disadvantage the Ford 6.2L has (25 hp less) they use the steeper 4.30 gear to come close to matching the Ram with the 4.10. They will likely perform very similarly - real world.
Side note: I was glad to see that even though the 2015 Rams will be J2807 compliant, the tow rating for the 2500 with the 6.4 Hemi/4.10 combo didn't change from my 2014.
