Depends on what month in 13'.....New 13 2500's DID hit the lot's before the 3500 SRW or 3500 DRW truck did, and as you stated, with the 68RFE tranny...and 2500's couldn't be ordered with an Aisin, not in 13', 14 or 15 up to this point...
I ordered my 2013 truck, Dec. 5th, 2012....I took delivery of it May 9th. 2013....now production didn't start until sometime in january....but that's a long time to wait for a truck that one has ordered, though now that I have over 27,000 miles on it, I'm glad I got it:)
