The fanfold polystyrene is all installed:B
After I have the paneling installed, I'll cut some vent inserts, door insulation, and window inserts out of a sheet of foil backed board I have.
I have my garage/shop setup for applying some sealer on the luan paneling. I decided to put some finish on the panels before installing so I can seal the outboard side of the panels, also. It may prevent chipping and breakout when I start cutting and routing the panels during the install, too.
Anybody have suggestions about what router bit is best to use for trimming out these luan sheets? I don't think those drywall spiral bits are going to work well. Maybe I'll do a little experimenting with what I have on hand.
