Hey Repo, thanks for the advice and the information about sewing. Oh yes, I like to keep on the good side of the Polish Princess, royalty can be pretty severe when crossed.
It happens that my brother-in-law is an upholsterer and has one of those classic walking foot machines (I believe that's what it's called). He's offered up some machine time to me and we exchange favors quite frequently so I may be covered on the upholstery (no pun intended). Now, if I can get the daughter or Her Highness to operate the machine, all will be good. Maybe, if I cut the material, the BIL will do the sewing. We'll see how that turns out.
