Hey West, those one way vents (AAV's) allow air into the waste lines like a check valve, but I believe you should have one full roof vent for the gray water too. Without one there is nowhere for displaced air to go and the gray tank can build pressure, therefore there should be one open vent through the roof. Without a roof vent it will push smelly air through your traps. Just an fyi. Looking good otherwise. Kind of slows down doesn't it.
