Thats too much water.....
..it takes a few hours to get our 500 gal hot tub up to temp.
1000 gal would take forever, and I hope you have solar or at least 2 banks of batteries cause its gonna burn some juice heating too:D
I'm outside of Helena, midway between Glacier NP and Hell-o-stone, we actually live on the Continental Divide Trail, well our road is part of it.
I won't throw it away for a few years so you are more than likely safe in that regard.
