I thought I'd be under $2500.... I'm now shooting for less than $3500:d
With the price of RVs in general, I too think the amount of $$ that Paige and I are spending is totally in line and feel WE will all have a better product at a better price and get thing how we want them VS adjusting to things we didn't like about a "bought TT".
I would hope they get a few done a week....
If I ...
..knew what I was doing
..had all the parts and pieces available
..had every tool I needed at hand, didn't put them away every day
..had an assembly line approach with 4-6 people working on each TT
..had a large building with hydraulic tables and sky cranes
..had a plan and stuck to it....:;)
and finally if nothing had to be edge banded....I'd have Diddums done in time for ski season:D
Get back to work you guys

Agreed, on the outcome, I can see where a bigger renovation gets a whole lot more livability than a store-bought.
Hey, how about some old skis for edge-banding, lol? Might be kind of difficult cutting but it would be cool to have a ski face on the edge of the counter for a ski chalet rig. Diddums deserves this.:W
UPbuilder got me to thinking about the vent hood and, since I have a bunch of other stuff I'm cleaning up and painting, today, I thought I'd go after the vent hood too. I found that a previous resident had decided to live on the light bulb (it's working like that BTW). Those mud daubers can get into anything, can't they?
