Good for you and welcome to the Forum! I saw your thread asking for information about your Terry. As far as the wiring goes, if you're planning on a gut-out and restoration, don't worry about the wiring. After you have either the paneling and insulation removed or remove the siding and go in from the outside, the wiring will be easy to follow. More than likely, you'll find issues with how it was layed out or will want to do some upgrading to the electrical system and will reconfigure some, if not all of it. The good news is that there is not that much wiring in a vintage travel trailer. I chose to replace it all and upgrade to 50 amp service because it it only increases the cost on the shorepower side of things, a more expensive inlet and a more expensive shore power cord. I am still learning about TT electrical upgrades, this Forum and guys like UPbldr are priceless for good information about this (and other things).
Good luck with your Terry, you'll find out that restoring a vintage TT is a lot of work but the result is a rig that can be even better than something ordered from a dealer.
