No spells were set (as far as I know)......
Thanks for the props, guys and the advice for matching the brake assemblies. Fortunately, the old Dexter's have some life in them. The drums aren't too worn and the shoes have a few miles left. I cleaned everything up and lubed the star wheel adjusters. Strange, I haven't touched more than a couple adjusters in the last 10 years but it was like riding a bike. I guess experience with those never goes away.
Here is a picture of the old, nasty brake wiring:

New, sexy wiring:

Tools for packing bearings ( I know how you guys are, no pictures, it never happened:B):

I also had to use these tools to open up the cross frame holes to accept the 3/4" EXN conduit that will house the new wiring:

Tomorrow, I'll finish up the brake and light wiring underneath and maybe connect a few gas lines as long as I have the Hilton up in the air.
Edit: finished up the under carraige 12v wiring and alkso installed a GFCI receptacle with two switches. This will power the future black water tank and drain pipe heaters:

Brake tail and turn wiring going forward (the white circle is the end of a temporary pipe cap):

First and sexond junction boxes near the axles:

Front junction box near the draw bar:

Looking rearward from the front:

I am working on stripping and painting the propane tank holder and the steel box that will attach to the drawbar. After I have those painted and mounted, I'll finish up the trailer terminations, including the hitch connector and the breakaway system.
