Hmmm, that flat black does look good! Has that OEM frame look to it. But either way, flat or gloss would look good so personal preference really. I'd be tempted to leave as is though and see how it holds up. Adding a clear coat would def give some durability and keep the scratches from hitting the paint for sure. In the end, my vote is leave it flat. :)
