Here here now!:B - buckyExplorer II8.7 mpg with a diesel? Heck, that blows up all the nonsense everybody with diesel AND gas says about their mpg. Odd how in the western states diesel is lower than regular. Much higher here in the middle atlantic. SC, did you find some 'shrooms?

- goducks10ExplorerWait till next summer, gas will be as high or higher than diesel. Just in time for traveling.
- 75 cents? I think you are back living in the mid 1970s.
And I believe diesel was lower than gasoline then.
Good to hear you're still running that blown gasser to the max :B - old_guyExplorerbe nice you guys. you can't call someone an idiot on this forum.
- Tom_BarbExplorerWe just completed a So-Cal trip from Oak Harbor Wa, to Pioneer Ca. over Highway 88 (Carson Pass 8750') to Minden Nv. up 395 to 97 to Cashmere Wa. Over Stevens Pass to home 2059 miles of mountain roads on 263 gallons of Diesel, for a trip milage of 8.7 MPG.
We overnighted on I-5 at Yreka very nice camp grounds called waiiaka trailer haven.
on the way home we over nighted at Cresent OR on 97. then the run to home
I-5 in Or, is pretty beat up. 97 was a good 65MPH highway all the way. Yes there is some places that you can't run that fast. No snow or ice in the passes yet. - ScottGNomadDon't feed this troll! He thrives on this idiocy.
