Lots of options for the first part - not all necessarily good.
Recommended: - see the trlr mfgr -AND- the axle mfgr's recommendations.

Call the mfgr's Tech Line and ask. Same for the axle mfgr.
I prefer to jack under the frame. Carry two bottle jacks - and various sizes/lengths of wood for cribbing (and lots of other uses).
