Been there, done that. This happened Easter weekend. Changed the tire and cut the sheet metal in about an hour with a 20 ton bottle jack, a stack of 2x10's, and some tin snips.

The next week I ordered new tires 235/80R16 tires on 16x6 wheels, they look and tow much better than the stock donuts did. The trailer has much less sway and bounce now, so I'm happy. And I bought TPMS valve caps.
