Thanks for the details. This did not sound like a typical RV mattress. As recommended I would start by contacting the dealer. It sounds like this mattress is just two pieces of foam but if you want a single piece you can contact a foam dealer or do it yourself. 3M Super 77 is the glue most often used. You should do the gluing outdoors. The technique is simple. Align the pieces, fold back the upper foam to expose half of the sheets. Then spray both sides and realign. Allow the glue to set and repeat on the lower half.
