Air in water lines?

We bought a used 2003 Starcraft camper back in February and we are on our second trip and every time we use a sink in the kitchen or bathroom the water sputters out. My first thought is we need to work the air out of the lines but it seems to do it all weekend. Is this just something we have to live with or is there an issue?
