OP...I would skip the 6.4. At least when the 6.0 blows an EGR cooler you can have time to react before major damage...and most of the time the damage is limited to the head gaskets. When the 6.4's EGR fails it dumps into the #4 or 8 piston hydro locking the motor and grenadine the bottom end.
Look up powerstroke help on youtube. He has some dedicated info on the 6.4 as well as the other powerstroke's
