I have no idea but the OP wanted to know about the 6.4 and the Siemens pump has a worse reputation than the CP4. Now that is saying something!

6.4 pump failure. Listen from 1:05 to 1:20.

These are just fuel pump repairs on the 6.4. I won't even talk about the tons of turbo repairs or radiator problems. :E
