It's fruitless to keep engaging the naysayers on the Andersen. I don't know how one can evaluate a product one doesn't own but that doesn't seem to stop 'em.
When I'm researching a product I tend to look at what other owners of that product have to say. Those folks have way more credibility as they actually own and use the product. From what I've read, it's about 99% positives to 1% negative.
