Wrong. Faulty hitch or faulty install ?? You don't know and have jumped to a conclusion based on your biases of this hitch.
I doubt that there's not a member of this forum that has followed or contributed to any of the several ongoing and closed topics regarding the Andersen that you have posted on that does not know your opinions. Time to move on. You've offered nothing new.
