Another happijac question

I've got Happijac electric jacks on my Adventurer TC. All of a sudden they won't do anything. When I try to use the remote, the batterys are fresh, the green light comes on but nothing happens. The online users manual says to hold buttons 5&6 to reset, I held them for 10 seconds still nothing. Looked at the control panel inside, no loose wires. Any ideas???
  • You said you looked at the controller but didn't mention checking the fuses.

Also, on on our TC we have a 3 each 40 amp circuit breaker and the battery disconnect between the batteries and the jack controller.

Only one of those circuit breakers is between the converter power and the jacks.
  • There are two 30 amp fuses on the base of the central control unit in the camper. Check them. If an unbalanced load caused the jacks to bind the fuses will blow. To avoid blowing the fuses after replacement, check each jack with the manual handle to make sure it's not stuck.
  • Is it a wired or wireless remote? on my wired remote the way I reset it was to unplug the phone jack from the remote and plug back in and it resets itself.

Also I had two fuses for the jacks, one for right side and the other for left.
  • I have an 2016 Adventurer 80RB with a wireless Happijac remote. My instructions require pushing the red and blue triangles in the center of the remote and then immediately push and hold the top red and blue (ACC) buttons.
