Another try to post 34 yr old pic



Lets see if this is better.

Thank you for being patient : ) I did not realize others could see my many failed attempts at posting....I really thought I was catching my mistakes before they posted! Anyway, here is a picture from Rocky Ford Colorado about 1982. We traveled the country with our horses and dogs and cat. We spent 17 years living full time in that old 31' TT. I pulled it with my 1977 Dodge club cab. Next to me is our 1975 GMC that was used to pull the horse trailer. I still drive the GMC. I posted under "Truck Campers" about the GMC and hope to put a slide in truck camper on it and start traveling again soon.

    Yes, 17 years. We lived in MD, WVA, VA, FL, LA, IL, AZ, NM, CA, WA, OR, KY. And everywhere in between! Then we bought a farm in KY, which I do love, but I have found the mowing and yard work and general upkeep to be too much work and too little fun. I miss having a tiny space to keep clean, no yard to mow and low, low bills. It is not for everyone I know. Living and enjoying life means more to me than acquiring material things. And since I don't have children to leave property to, and no need to stay in one area.....the vagabond lifestyle seems to fit.

    Did you say you spend 17 YEARS living on the road in a TT?? Wow. I'm sure there are some stories there...
