I have one too. I bought it used three years ago with 272k. Now it's up to 307k miles. The engine hasn't been turned up at all so I"m still only putting out 180hp. Pulling the 5th wheel I lock out overdrive and let her roar.
Even thou I do like the sound of the old Cummins I would love to have a new quieter and much more powerfull one someday.
