ARB Lockers
Hi All, I am exploring the possibility of installing an ARB lockers on either the front/rear or both axles. I currently have a limited slip in the rear axle. My ONLY reason to install an ARB ...

Clutch type limited slip does transfer some torque but once the clutches start to slip it will lose most of its function. Truetrac geared limited slip actually tightens up as some slippage starts to happen. The more slip the tighter it grips and the more torque it transfers. In normal driving it feels no different than an open differential.
Thanks for all the responses. So far I am leaning on just an ARB up front and leaving the LSD in the rear.
But it leads me to another question:
Currently when I put the truck in 4WD one front wheel will drive...I don't know how to determine which of the two become a drive wheel, maybe someone can answer that.
If I had an ARB up front, when I put the truck in 4WD without engaging the ARB, I would get no front drive wheel action at all, unless I engage the ARB then I get both, correct?
