Arctic Fox
Does anyone know why there so few AF dealers compared to Lance they seem to be a well built unit.In Canada there seems to only be a couple dealers all out in Alberta.

Maybe AF/Northwood is more loyal to their current dealers then Lance? Not going to open up another dealer in their back year/ territory if that said dealer is selling enough product.

Arctic Fox is mainly only popular in the Northwest USA. Dealers have a hard time selling them in the eastern half of the USA as their customers have had lots of problems and quality issues with them.
Not correct that AF/Nash requires their dealers to have their products as their main brand they handle. Huge American RV and Camping World location on the south side of Grand Rapids MI has Lance as their main TC line and for many years, and they also sell Arctic Fox, Travel Lite, and Cirrus TC lines.

Not true. The main reason that you do not see many AF truck campers on the east coast is that TC's are not popular on the east coast. The freight to get AF on the east coast gets expensive. Quality issues from the Oregon facility are minimal if at all, but Northwood did try to start up manufacturing in the east coast, Winchester, VA, had sub'd out the chassis and laminations to Lippert and there were problems with the TT's. When the economy took a downturn Northwood elected to close the facility in the east but maintained a service facility there to take care of their customers. Great customer service.
There is a very large AF TC dealer in NH, Truck Camper Warehouse, and Bill has a hard time keeping AF and Wolf Creeks in stock. Bill was a Lance TC dealer at one time but elected to drop Lance when he was given an ultimatum from Lance.
